WHO WE ARE

Enterprising Travel Agent's Association, (ETAA), is a professional association representing the RETAIL tour operator / travel industry in India. Conceived in 1996 & registered in 1998 with the ROC as a section 25 Company, as a non-profit organization by India's leading travel companies. It is the largest association of Non-IATA travel agents in the country and probably worldwide. An IATA agent can also be admitted in the Active Allied Member category without voting rights. We also accord membership to Tourism Boards, Airlines & other associates of The Travel & Tourism Industry in the Affiliate Member Category without voting rights. Thus, ETAA is the only National Body of Travel Agents that creates synergy among the Industry.

Our Members include travel agents and companies whose products they sell such as tours, cruises, hotels, car rentals, etc. We are the leading advocate for travel agents, the travel industry and the traveling public. ETAA is headquartered in Mumbai with Regional Chapters / Conveners all over India

  • Conventions: ETAA held its 1st Domestic Convention in November 2011, giving an opportunity to suppliers and tourist boards to network with fellow members and friends. We have in our endeavour to create a complete travel / tour agent promise to create more and more such opportunities for our members to achieve what was once deemed unachievable. In the pipeline we envisage many such conventions and are in talks with various tourism boards Domestic and International to bring more opportunities to our members.
  • International Agents: We have in our fold members from the international travel fraternity giving our members access to their prices and ground handling services. Allowing them a direct access to international partners worldwide and vice versa.

Return Ploicy:

ETAA Refund/Cancellation Policy

Enterprise Travel Agents Association - (ETAA) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in ETAA.

If ETAA refuses a new or renewing membership and or event participation, registrants will be offered a refund/no refund as applicable.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 7 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less 50% service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the ETAA.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit / debit card used for payment and or any other payment mode accepted at the time of making the payment by ETAA.

The above policies apply to all ETAA memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

  ETAA Event Refund/Cancellation Policy Event Cancellation by Sponsor

Enterprise Travel Agents Association (ETAA) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If ETAA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund after deducting appropriate administration charges.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, ETAA has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.

Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund after deducting appropriate administration charges.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
