The USP of the Convention was its experiential aspect. Dipti Thakoor, Board Member, ETAA, said

“Organising our first international Convention was a great experience. The challenge was to give a memorable experience, with a difference to our delegates. The experience started at the airport with separate immigration counters organised by DTCM. The offline certification programme conducted by DTCM for the first time was applauded by a houseful conference hall. Arrangements for sightseeing, desert safari, etc., were very well taken care of by the Lama team. From seasoned travellers to first-time travellers, the Convention had something to offer each one of them. The grand success of the Convention is due to the combined efforts of DTCM, Lama Tours, ETAA and the delegates.”
